Pick-Up Times

Commercial garbage containers need to be set out the night before. We are not responsible for items left next to containers.

Missed Service

If your service is missed or your container doesn’t empty completely, call us immediately.

Extra Garbage

Anything not completely inside the container is considered extra garbage and will be charged for. This includes containers where the lid is not completely closed.

Moving

It is the customer’s responsibility to stop or transfer service. If you plan to move across town or out of the area, call in advance so we can schedule the change. Outgoing customers will be help responsible for service until notice is given to the office.

Billing Frequency

All customers are billed at the end of the month for that month’s service.

Payment Due Date

Your current bill is due by the 10th of the month. Please contact us if you expect your payment will be past due. A finance charge computed at the periodic rate of 1.5% monthly (annual percentage rate 18%) may be assessed on past due balances of thirty days or more.

Container Sizes

1 yard – equal to 6 cans
1.5 yard – equal to 9 cans
2 yard – equal to 12 cans
3 yard – equal to 18 cans
4 yard – equal to 24 cans
5 yard – equal to 30 cans
6 yard – equal to 36 cans

Container Placement

Please have your container accessible for service. Containers need to be at least 2 feet apart from other containers and any obstructions.
